Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets in the HORECA sector
- Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies to expand market share in Jakarta's hospitality industry
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales activities, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with company standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients including hotels, restaurants, catering services, and event organizers
- Analyze sales performance data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations for senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to ensure optimal product availability and promotional alignment
- Train and onboard new sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and CRM systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with 2+ years in supervisory/management role
- Proven track record in HORECA or FMCG sales with demonstrated target achievement
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management
- Expert knowledge of Jakarta's hospitality market and key industry players
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and sales analytics tools
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
