Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise mechanical and electrical assembly of automation equipment according to engineering blueprints.
- Conduct systematic troubleshooting, testing, and calibration of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users during overseas installation and commissioning projects.
- Coordinate with the internal engineering team to report field issues and suggest design improvements.
- Execute preventive maintenance routines to minimize client downtime and extend equipment lifecycle.
- Ensure all service activities comply with safety standards and company quality protocols.
- Document service reports, manuals, and technical feedback accurately for internal knowledge management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in machine assembly, field service, or automation maintenance (fresh graduates with strong internships are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, electrical schematics, and mechanical assembly manuals.
- Hands-on experience with tools and test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and torque wrenches.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to travel internationally for extended project assignments.
- Good communication skills in English and Malay to interact with diverse international clients.
