As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the face of our company, providing critical technical support and on-site troubleshooting for our clients.
In this role, you will diagnose complex technical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure our equipment operates at peak performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and routine maintenance of company equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software malfunctions at client sites.
- Provide technical training and guidance to client operators to ensure proper equipment handling.
- Maintain accurate service records and generate comprehensive technical reports after each site visit.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to identify recurring issues and suggest design improvements.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure all service tools are in good working condition.
- Respond promptly to service calls to minimize equipment downtime and ensure client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (or a related technical field).
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PRC license) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to mechanical/electrical systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematic diagrams, and blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Willingness to travel frequently to various client sites across the region.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
