Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct on-site installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of GE Healthcare medical equipment within the Central Region.
  • Diagnose system failures and performance issues using advanced diagnostic tools to ensure rapid resolution and high first-time fix rates.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, providing expert technical guidance and support.
  • Manage and maintain an optimized inventory of spare parts and tools to effectively service the assigned territory.
  • Clearly document all service interventions, parts usage, and technical reports in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate virtually with global remote support teams and product specialists to address complex escalated technical issues.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery and equipment reliability.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, quality standards, and local regulatory compliance requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Field Service experience in the healthcare, medical device, or diagnostic imaging industry.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with proven ability to troubleshoot complex electronic, mechanical, and software systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage a dynamic service schedule.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the Central Region.
  • Experience with GE Healthcare systems (e.g., Revolution CT, SIGNA MRI, Voluson Ultrasound) is highly advantageous.
