In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Roche diagnostic systems at customer sites. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of Roche diagnostic instruments at customer laboratories and hospitals.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with quality standards.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely or on-site, minimizing downtime and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Provide end-user training on equipment operation, maintenance, and best practices to optimize performance.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and inventory of spare parts using company systems.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to identify opportunities for service improvements and upgrades.
- Stay up-to-date with product updates, technical documentation, and industry regulations to deliver expert support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer in medical devices, diagnostics, or similar industry.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with hands-on experience in electromechanical systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel within Jakarta and surrounding areas as needed.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) and fluent in Indonesian.
- Familiarity with diagnostic laboratory equipment or Roche products is a plus.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
