Search Personnel is currently hiring a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Central Region of Singapore. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance of cutting-edge scientific instruments used in research and industrial laboratories. You will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex equipment, providing exceptional technical support to our valued customers. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $4,000 to $6,000 per month and the opportunity to work with leading technologies in a dynamic environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and validate scientific instruments at customer sites according to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective repairs, both on-site and remotely.
- Provide comprehensive technical support and training to customers, ensuring proficient equipment operation.
- Prepare detailed service reports, documenting all actions, findings, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to identify opportunities for system upgrades and improvements.
- Manage spare parts inventory and order necessary components for service jobs.
- Travel regionally (Southeast Asia) to support clients and expand service coverage.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer, preferably in scientific or laboratory instrumentation.
- Strong technical aptitude and hands-on experience with electronic and mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests efficiently.
- Willingness to travel regionally up to 50% of the time.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards in laboratory environments.
