Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and commission complex semiconductor equipment at global customer sites
- Perform diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues
- Provide comprehensive operational training and technical documentation to customers
- Conduct preventive maintenance and system optimization on deployed equipment
- Collaborate with R&D teams to report field observations and product improvements
- Manage service logistics, inventory, and documentation for assigned projects
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of field service experience in semiconductor or industrial equipment
- Strong proficiency in diagnostic tools, schematics, and test equipment
- Valid driver's license and willingness for international travel (up to 30% of time)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in remote locations
- Experience with vacuum systems, RF technology, or thin-film deposition processes
- Professional certification in relevant technical domains (e.g., CompTIA A+, Cisco)
