We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team in Singapore. As a vital member of our Customer Support organization, you will play a key role in ensuring the exceptional performance and uptime of our advanced TWINSCAN lithography systems at customer sites.
In this role, you will execute both regular and irregular maintenance activities with considerable independence and under limited supervision. You will be the primary technical authority on site, troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues, performing system upgrades, and cultivating strong, collaborative relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on ASML lithography systems to maximize uptime and system reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues involving mechanical, electrical, mechatronic, and software subsystems.
- Execute system installations, major upgrades, and qualifications at customer locations with high quality and efficiency.
- Document all service activities, technical findings, and customer interactions in the SAP system and service logs.
- Manage and maintain critical spare parts inventory and logistics to ensure site readiness.
- Provide detailed technical feedback to headquarters to drive continuous product improvement.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and contribute to a zero-accident workplace culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on field service experience in the semiconductor or high-tech capital equipment industry.
- In-depth knowledge of mechatronics, pneumatics, robotics, vacuum systems, and precision mechanics.
- Proven ability to logically troubleshoot using schematics, diagrams, and software diagnostic tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interface professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, participate in an on-call rotation, and travel within Singapore as needed.
- Experience with ASML systems or similar lithography equipment is a strong plus.
