In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our technical equipment by providing on-site maintenance, repair, and technical support to our valued clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and inspection of technical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or software faults on-site with minimal disruption to client operations.
- Provide exceptional technical support and training to end-users regarding equipment usage and safety protocols.
- Travel to various client sites within the East Region to carry out assigned service tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date service logs, work orders, and technical reports.
- Collaborate with the central engineering team to identify recurring issues and improve service protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant technical field).
- Proven experience in a field service or technical support role within the manufacturing or engineering industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical systems independently.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call duties as required.
