As a Field Service Engineer, you will directly interact with customers, providing expert technical support and ensuring optimal performance of our equipment. You will work closely with senior engineers to resolve complex technical issues while adhering to safety protocols and industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and maintain SCREEN equipment at customer sites
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Provide on-site technical support and training to customers
- Assist senior engineers with complex technical projects
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment upgrades
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records
- Work flexible shifts and standby duty as required
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field service or technical support
- Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electronic systems
- Experience with industrial printing or semiconductor equipment preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Willingness to work flexible hours and standby duty
