Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and calibration of semiconductor pick-and-place and sorter equipment.
- Execute systematic troubleshooting to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related performance issues.
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance schedules to ensure machine longevity and minimize unplanned downtime.
- Provide technical support and training to client operators to ensure optimal equipment utilization.
- Generate detailed service reports and document technical findings for continuous process improvement.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to escalate complex faults and contribute to long-term equipment upgrades.
- Maintain high standards of safety and quality control while working at customer facilities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in field service, preferably within the semiconductor or high-precision automation industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics, blueprints, and circuit diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with PLC troubleshooting, sensors, and motion control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region as required by business operations.
