In this critical role, you will be the face of our company, providing high-level technical support, installation, and maintenance services for advanced equipment at customer sites across the region.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and setup of advanced technical equipment.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure peak operational performance and longevity of systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex hardware and software malfunctions at client facilities.
- Provide comprehensive technical training to end-users regarding equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and reports for all field activities.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to provide feedback on product performance and potential design improvements.
- Manage customer expectations through clear communication and timely resolution of technical issues.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in field service, maintenance, or a similar technical support role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to hardware and software issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret complex technical manuals, blueprints, and circuit diagrams.
- Proficiency in using standard diagnostic tools, hand tools, and calibration equipment.
- Willingness to travel to various client sites within the North-East region as required.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
