We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team at Hermes Testing Solutions Inc. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of advanced testing equipment at client sites across Penang. Your expertise will directly impact our clients' operational efficiency by minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal equipment performance.
Candidates with prior experience in the semiconductor or probe card industry are highly preferred, as you'll work with cutting-edge technology in precision testing environments. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues, provide on-site training, and deliver exceptional customer service that strengthens our client relationships.

Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and maintain testing equipment at client sites
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize equipment downtime
- Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades
- Provide on-site technical training and support to clients
- Document service activities and prepare detailed technical reports
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve complex problems
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
- Experience in semiconductor or probe card industry highly preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Penang
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and technical documentation
