Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and startup of industrial robotic arms and automated systems.
- Execute routine preventive maintenance schedules to ensure system reliability and longevity.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical faults and mechanical/electrical issues.
- Provide comprehensive technical support and training to end-users and operators.
- Document service activities, prepare technical reports, and manage warranty claims.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product performance and service protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field service or maintenance of industrial automation equipment.
- Strong working knowledge of robotic arm brands such as ABB, FANUC, or KUKA.
- Proficient in reading electrical schematics and technical manuals.
- Valid Singapore Driver’s License and willingness to travel for on-site duties.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
