Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and maintain semiconductor equipment at client sites
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues through systematic troubleshooting
- Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades to maximize equipment uptime
- Provide real-time technical support and remote assistance to clients
- Document service activities, prepare detailed reports, and maintain service records
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement product improvements
- Train clients on equipment operation and best practices
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of field service experience with semiconductor or precision equipment
- Strong knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and diagnostic procedures
- Experience with PLC systems, automation, and industrial troubleshooting
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and technical documentation
