Tanggung Jawab
- Install and commission new medical diagnostic equipment at client sites with precision and safety.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex technical malfunctions on-site to minimize downtime.
- Provide detailed technical support and training to customers and internal teams.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare comprehensive service reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company protocols.
- Collaborate with regional managers to meet sales and service targets.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer in the medical or diagnostic equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and software systems.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls efficiently.
