Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and maintain semiconductor equipment at customer sites
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime
- Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades
- Train customers on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Document service activities and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement solutions
- Manage inventory and parts ordering for service operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of field service engineering experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in complex systems
- Excellent customer communication and relationship management
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Experience with semiconductor equipment or precision machinery preferred
