- Install, calibrate, and maintain semiconductor manufacturing equipment at customer sites
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues to minimize equipment downtime
- Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades to ensure optimal performance
- Provide on-site technical support and training to customer personnel
- Document service activities, prepare detailed reports, and communicate effectively with internal teams
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve recurring technical problems
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and manage equipment service records
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while performing technical tasks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment troubleshooting techniques
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
- Certification in relevant technical areas is a plus
