Join Honeywell as a Field Service Engineer specializing in Building Automation Systems and drive excellence in client operations across Malaysia. In this critical role, you will be responsible for servicing customer sites, ensuring all contractual obligations and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met. Your primary focus will be maximizing customer satisfaction while minimizing system downtime through proactive maintenance, timely troubleshooting, and technical resolution of building automation systems. You will work directly with clients to diagnose complex issues, optimize system performance, and implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform installation, calibration, and maintenance of Honeywell building automation systems including HVAC, lighting, and security controls
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults across customer sites with minimal downtime
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and system optimization per contractual SLAs
- Document service activities, prepare technical reports, and maintain accurate customer records
- Train customers on system operation and provide technical guidance for optimal usage
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify upgrade opportunities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company service protocols
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Technology
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building automation systems or HVAC controls
- Strong knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks communication protocols
- Honeywell or Johnson Controls certification highly desirable
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex control systems independently
- Valid Malaysian driving license with clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
