Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventative maintenance, routine inspections, and emergency repairs on building automation and HVAC control systems.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues to minimize system downtime for clients.
- Ensure all site activities strictly adhere to Honeywell's health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers regarding service status, repairs, and technical recommendations.
- Update and manage service records and technical documentation accurately in the company database.
- Execute system upgrades and firmware installations as required to improve operational efficiency.
- Meet and exceed contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in building automation, BMS, or HVAC control systems.
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting electronic circuits and control panels.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and relevant field service software.
- Willingness to travel to various customer sites within the Klang Valley region.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
