Are you a hands-on technical expert passionate about precision engineering? Fratekindo Jaya Gemilang is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our elite technical team. As a specialist in CAD & CAM machinery, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our high-tech equipment functions at peak performance to meet the rigorous demands of our clients.
In this role, you will travel to client sites, acting as a brand ambassador and technical consultant. You will manage end-to-end maintenance operations, troubleshoot complex mechanical and software integration issues, and provide proactive solutions to prevent downtime. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who prioritizes safety, asset integrity, and operational excellence in every task they perform.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventative maintenance, routine inspections, and emergency repairs on CAD/CAM machinery.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to machine software and hardware integration.
- Install and commission new equipment at client facilities, ensuring all parameters meet operational standards.
- Develop detailed technical reports and maintenance logs for all serviced assets.
- Provide technical training and guidance to client operators on machine safety and efficient usage protocols.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and ensure all maintenance tools are maintained in good working condition.
- Prioritize workplace safety and site security, adhering strictly to company compliance and local industrial regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Service Engineering, preferably with CAD/CAM or CNC equipment.
- Deep understanding of CAD/CAM software workflows and their interaction with industrial machinery.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and translate technical issues into actionable solutions.
- Ability to travel frequently to various locations within the Jakarta Raya area.
