Tanggung Jawab
- Perform end-to-end installation, commissioning, and configuration of CAD/CAM machinery.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure machine uptime and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues on-site.
- Provide technical training and guidance to operators on machine usage and basic maintenance.
- Manage engineering workflows and report on service interventions through accurate documentation.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks strictly adhere to health, safety, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize machine performance and asset protection strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proven professional experience as a Field Service Engineer, specifically with CAD/CAM or CNC equipment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical systems and industrial automation software.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills with a focus on precision.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage service schedules, and travel within the region as required.
