In this pivotal role, you will leverage your chemical and environmental background to deliver exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of water treatment systems and industrial chemical processing equipment.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will act as a technical consultant, ensuring our clients achieve optimal operational efficiency and sustainability. You will travel to various sites to troubleshoot complex issues, perform preventative maintenance, and provide hands-on training to customer operations teams. We are looking for a dedicated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to solving real-world challenges in water and resource management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair water treatment systems, reverse osmosis units, and chemical processing equipment on-site.
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system failures.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance visits to ensure equipment longevity and reliability.
- Document service activities, prepare technical reports, and update customer records accurately.
- Provide technical support and training to plant operators and maintenance staff.
- Collaborate with the R&D and engineering teams to implement product improvements based on field feedback.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, environmental compliance standards, and company protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in field service, chemical processing, or water treatment industries.
- Strong understanding of water chemistry, filtration systems, and industrial automation.
- Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, or on-call as required by business needs.
