In this pivotal role, you will be the technical face of our company, providing essential support to our clients in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our advanced equipment at various client sites.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in customer satisfaction by delivering professional on-site installation, complex troubleshooting, and continuous optimization services. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and calibration of semiconductor equipment at client sites.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure optimal equipment uptime and performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective engineering solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with internal R&D and engineering teams to implement process improvements and upgrade solutions.
- Document service reports, maintenance logs, and customer feedback accurately and efficiently.
- Train and support end-users on equipment operation, safety procedures, and standard operating protocols.
- Respond promptly to emergency service requests and adhere to strict safety and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field service engineering or customer service within the semiconductor or high-tech equipment industry.
- Strong hands-on technical skills with the ability to read and understand complex technical schematics and blueprints.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently to client locations within the region.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently in diverse environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers clearly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and overtime as required.
