Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and perform preventive maintenance on dialysis equipment in healthcare facilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical/electrical issues to minimize equipment downtime
- Provide on-site repair services and replace faulty components following manufacturer protocols
- Train healthcare staff on proper equipment operation and safety procedures
- Document service activities, maintain accurate technical records, and prepare reports
- Collaborate with technical support team to resolve escalated issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage inventory of spare parts and service tools for assigned territory
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years experience in field service engineering, preferably with medical equipment
- Strong knowledge of dialysis systems and related medical technology
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and repair techniques for electromechanical systems
- Valid driver's license with clean record and willingness to travel within Central Luzon
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills for client training and technical support
- Certification in medical equipment technology (e.g., CBET) is advantageous
