Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and configuration of electronic/electrical equipment.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system reliability and longevity.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hardware malfunctions at client locations in the Central Region.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users regarding equipment operation and safety.
- Prepare accurate service reports, documentation, and maintenance logs after every site visit.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to escalate complex technical issues and provide feedback for product improvements.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely resolution of issues.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Higher Nitec in Electronics, Electrical, Microelectronics, or a related engineering field.
- Entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply; full training will be provided.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for technical detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (added advantage) for site visits.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Central Region to client sites.
