MMC Success is seeking a hands‑on Field Service Engineer (Power Generation) to join our dynamic team in Jurong East, West Region. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of a wide range of power generation equipment, including diesel generators, gas turbines, and auxiliary systems. You will work closely with clients across industrial, commercial, and utility sectors to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operation of their power assets.
Key responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing complex electrical and mechanical faults, and delivering high‑quality technical support on‑site. You will also be tasked with preparing detailed service reports, managing parts ordering, and training junior technicians to uphold our standards of excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Install, commission, and maintain power generation equipment (diesel generators, gas turbines, etc.)
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on site to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system faults
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies
- Prepare service reports, documentation, and parts ordering as required
- Travel to various sites across the region for on‑site service and emergencies
- Mentor and train junior technicians to support team development
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Power Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of field service experience in power generation
- Strong knowledge of generators, switchgear, and control systems
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
- Willingness to travel locally and overseas
- Valid driving licence (if applicable)
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
