Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair Honeywell equipment at customer sites
- Diagnose complex technical issues using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting methodologies
- Provide on-site technical support and customer training
- Document service activities, maintain equipment records, and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve recurring issues and improve product performance
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards in all service activities
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools for service operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- 1-2 years of experience in field service or technical support role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in using diagnostic software and test equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
