Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and commission robotic systems at client sites
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software malfunctions
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Conduct emergency repairs to minimize production downtime
- Provide technical training to clients on system operation
- Generate detailed service reports and documentation
- Coordinate with engineering teams for complex technical resolutions
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement requirements
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical certification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial machinery maintenance
- Strong knowledge of robotic systems (FANUC, ABB, KUKA preferred)
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and manuals
- Certification in PLC programming or industrial networks is advantageous
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
