Tanggung Jawab
- Install, commission, and startup Vertiv UPS systems at client sites
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and system inspections
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical faults in power systems
- Execute system upgrades and modifications per engineering specifications
- Provide on-site technical support and emergency response services
- Maintain detailed service documentation and performance reports
- Train clients on system operation and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years experience with UPS systems or power electronics
- Strong diagnostic skills with electrical schematics and control systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness for regional travel
- Relevant certifications (e.g., electrical safety, UPS systems)
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and test equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
