Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and calibration of complex semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and scheduled inspections to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues reported by clients.
- Provide comprehensive technical support and user training to customer operational staff.
- Maintain accurate service logs and documentation for all interventions and spare parts usage.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, cleanroom standards, and customer facility regulations.
- Participate in standby duties and rotating shift schedules to provide 24/7 technical coverage as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field service or equipment maintenance, preferably in a semiconductor or cleanroom environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, mechanical assemblies, and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to work effectively in rotating shifts and manage standby responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Strong analytical mindset and logical approach to complex troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality standards.
