Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and maintain semiconductor manufacturing equipment in wafer fabrication facilities
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for automation systems in smart factories
- Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Document service activities, prepare technical reports, and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve system efficiency
- Train clients on equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures
- Stay updated on the latest industry technologies and best practices in semiconductor manufacturing
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field service engineering, preferably in semiconductor or automation industries
- Strong knowledge of automation systems, PLC programming, and industrial control systems
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services and VB programming for industrial applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and team members
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites in the North Region
