- Install, calibrate, and maintain semiconductor equipment in cleanroom environments
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical/electrical systems
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
- Document service activities and prepare detailed technical reports
- Adhere to strict cleanroom protocols and safety standards
- Provide on-site technical support and client training
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve equipment reliability
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in semiconductor or cleanroom equipment maintenance
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and electrical diagnostics
- Experience working in cleanroom environments (Class 10-1000 preferred)
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and test equipment
- Valid driver's license for field service requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
