Trust Recruit is a renowned recruitment agency in Singapore, seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer for a 2-year direct contract (renewable) with our client, a leading semiconductor equipment manufacturer. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced semiconductor equipment. You will ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and provide exceptional technical support. You will work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service.
The position offers a 5-day work week, basic salary with overtime pay and variable bonus, and 14 days of annual leave. It is ideal for an engineer who thrives in a dynamic environment and is looking to advance their career in the semiconductor sector.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of semiconductor equipment.
- Diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections, generate service reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide technical training and support to customers on equipment operation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product performance and reliability.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability for service operations.
- Adhere to safety standards and company policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of field service experience, preferably with semiconductor equipment.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor processes and equipment (e.g., CVD, PVD, etch).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and work flexible hours as required.
