Are you an experienced technical professional ready to drive innovation in the semiconductor industry? StaffKing Pte Ltd is currently seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to support critical Smart Factory (Industry 4.0) systems. In this dynamic role, you will be based on-site at a client facility, working a 5-day work week to ensure the seamless operation of high-tech manufacturing environments.
You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting complex automation systems, specifically within semiconductor wafer fab manufacturing. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer who thrives in a field-based environment and wants to contribute to the future of manufacturing. Candidates must possess strong expertise in AWS and Visual Basic (VB) to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize equipment performance.
- Document service activities, technical data, and maintenance logs accurately.
- Respond to emergency service calls and ensure minimal downtime for critical production lines.
- Assist in the implementation and integration of new automation technologies.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation) or related technical field.
- Proven experience in field service engineering within the semiconductor or factory automation sector.
- Strong proficiency in AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Visual Basic (VB) programming.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a client site environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the North Region for field duties.
- Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and Smart Factory technologies is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
