Are you a seasoned Field Service Engineer with deep expertise in semiconductor vacuum technology? FlexiTalent China is partnering with a premier industry player to recruit a high-caliber Field Service Engineer to support our clients in the Singapore region. In this role, you will be the technical backbone for critical semiconductor manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and uptime for our vacuum pump systems.
You will play a pivotal role in performing onsite installations, preventative maintenance, and complex troubleshooting. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-pressure semiconductor environment and brings a hands-on approach to solving technical challenges. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert onsite installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of vacuum pump systems within semiconductor fabrication plants.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance and health checks on vacuum equipment to minimize downtime.
- Perform root cause analysis and complex troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical equipment failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and process efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive service reports and documentation in accordance with company quality standards.
- Support customer technical inquiries, providing training and operational guidance to onsite personnel.
- Adhere strictly to all site safety protocols and cleanroom operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in technical field service, specifically within the semiconductor vacuum pump industry.
- In-depth technical knowledge of dry vacuum pumps and associated exhaust management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a background in equipment debugging and fault diagnosis.
- Relevant technical degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Ability to work effectively in a cleanroom environment and handle high-pressure client demands.
- Strong communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with factory stakeholders.
- Flexibility to perform emergency field service tasks as required by customer operations.
