In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of technical equipment, from initial site preparation and installation to routine maintenance and complex troubleshooting. We pride ourselves on delivering excellence, and we need an experienced engineer who can manage client expectations while ensuring minimal downtime.
As a Senior Engineer, you will act as the technical face of our company, ensuring our clients' systems operate efficiently. This role involves extensive travel to various client sites, requiring a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to high-quality service delivery.
Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and commission technical equipment at client locations.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and calibration checks.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to end-users.
- Travel to various job sites as required by project schedules.
- Document service reports, maintenance logs, and work orders accurately.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product performance.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a Field Service Engineer role.
- Hands-on experience with technical equipment installation and maintenance.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Penang and surrounding areas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
