We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Service Engineer (Senior) to join our client's team in Batu Kawan, Penang. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced technical equipment. This role demands hands-on technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with clients to ensure their equipment operates at peak performance, performing regular diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs. Additionally, you will provide training to customer personnel and maintain detailed service documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and calibrate technical equipment at customer locations.
- Perform routine maintenance and diagnostics to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize operational downtime.
- Provide on-site training to customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback for product improvements.
- Adhere to all safety standards and company procedures during service visits.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools required for field operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on field service experience (5+ years for Senior level).
- Proven experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; customer service oriented.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites within Penang and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
