Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Cohu semiconductor test and inspection equipment.
- Analyze and resolve complex hardware and software issues to minimize customer machine downtime.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
- Provide comprehensive technical training and support to customer operators and maintenance staff.
- Generate detailed service reports and document technical findings for internal engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate persistent issues and drive long-term equipment improvements.
- Maintain excellent relationships with key site contacts by providing responsive, professional, and reliable field support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in field service, preferably within the semiconductor or automated test equipment (ATE) industry.
- Proficiency in reading mechanical/electrical schematics and using diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
- Strong understanding of motion control, robotics, sensors, and PC-based control systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Malay.
- Ability to travel frequently to customer sites, both domestically and internationally.
- Self-motivated professional capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
