Your primary responsibilities will include the installation, demonstration, and maintenance of our state-of-the-art systems, with a particular focus on High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and related technologies. You will also be tasked with providing comprehensive training to customers, empowering them to utilize our instruments to their full potential. As a Field Service Engineer, you will handle troubleshooting and repairs efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of analytical instruments (HPLC, UPLC, Mass Spectrometry).
- Conduct instrument demonstrations and customer training sessions.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Provide outstanding technical support and advice to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and product feedback.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of analytical instrumentation, particularly HPLC, is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel within Singapore for service calls.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
