In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and commissioning a wide range of rotating equipment including turbines, compressors, pumps, and generators. You'll lead site teams during installation and overhaul projects while supporting service contracts across the region.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of turbomachinery and rotating equipment on-site
- Lead and coordinate site teams during equipment overhauls and new installations
- Conduct routine maintenance and preventive inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Support service contract obligations and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and service records accurately
- Mentor junior technicians and provide technical guidance on-site
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to resolve complex technical issues
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in turbomachinery or rotating equipment service
- Proven experience in equipment commissioning and site supervision
- Familiarity with industrial standards and safety regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to travel regionally as required
- Valid driving license with clean record
