Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of IBM Field Service Management solutions.
- Analyze client business requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications.
- Configure and customize IBM FSM modules to optimize scheduling, dispatching, and mobile worker performance.
- Conduct system troubleshooting, performance tuning, and regular maintenance to ensure high system availability.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials for end-users and technical support teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert for FSM best practices, providing guidance on industry trends and technical advancements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Field Service Management systems, specifically IBM FSM.
- Strong understanding of field service workflows and optimization techniques.
- Proven experience in system configuration, API integration, and database management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in managing full-cycle software implementation projects.
- Relevant certifications in IBM software or Field Service Management platforms are highly preferred.
