Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex on-site machine issues to ensure minimal downtime
- Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and repairs on equipment at client locations
- Provide technical training and guidance to junior field service engineers
- Document service activities, prepare detailed reports, and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Manage parts inventory, order necessary components, and coordinate with suppliers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with service delivery
- Stay updated on product knowledge and technical developments through continuous learning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service engineering or technical support role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience with diagnostic tools, test equipment, and repair procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Negeri Sembilan region
- Certification in relevant technical areas is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards
