Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end installation and commissioning process for complex semiconductor manufacturing systems.
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring alignment with global standards and local site requirements.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as the key point of contact for service-related inquiries.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and implement preventative maintenance strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of field service engineers, fostering a culture of safety, technical excellence, and collaboration.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve complex technical issues promptly.
- Ensure 100% compliance with corporate safety, environmental, and quality protocols.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance site productivity and customer satisfaction metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in semiconductor field service or high-tech equipment manufacturing.
- Proven track record in site management, project management, or technical leadership roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interface effectively with clients and internal leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Willingness to travel locally or internationally as business needs dictate.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis software (e.g., SAP, Tableau, or similar).
