Tanggung Jawab
- Perform intermediate-level installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems, fire alarm equipment, and related safety products
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions
- Deliver professional customer service on-site, addressing client inquiries and providing technical guidance
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work completed, parts used, and time spent
- Coordinate with the service coordination team to schedule appointments and manage workload efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards while performing all field activities
- Stay updated with product knowledge and technical developments through training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, or related technical field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field service, installation, or equipment repair
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
