Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of diesel generator sets and associated control systems.
- Conduct thorough diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Provide comprehensive after-sales technical support to customers, ensuring high system reliability and uptime.
- Deliver hands-on training to customer personnel on generator operation, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.
- Prepare detailed service reports, documenting findings, actions taken, and recommendations for preventive measures.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely availability of spare parts and service tools.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive service advice.
- Stay updated on product updates and industry best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in field service, preferably with diesel generators or power systems.
- Strong knowledge of generator controls, switchgear, and electrical schematics.
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in field environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer training and support.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service assignments efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region as required.
- Familiarity with safety standards and compliance regulations in the power generation industry.
