Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of technical equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients efficiently and accurately.
- Operate company vehicles safely to travel to various client sites across the region.
- Maintain accurate logs of all service calls, equipment repairs, and parts usage.
- Provide clear, professional communication to customers regarding service timelines and technical explanations.
- Adhere strictly to all workplace safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to escalate complex technical challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License (clean driving record preferred).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a field service, maintenance, or engineering role.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in Engineering or related fields.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical or electrical systems effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Physical capability to handle equipment and perform field duties.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
