IDMS Technologies is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Field Service Technician to join our expanding team in Kajang. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing essential technical support to ensure our clients' operations run smoothly without interruption.
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and reactive repair of high-performance copier machines and office equipment. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform end-to-end installation and configuration of copier machines at client sites.
- Execute routine preventive maintenance to ensure peak performance of office equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly.
- Calibrate machine settings to ensure optimal print quality and document clarity.
- Replace worn-out components and perform necessary repairs to restore functionality.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on basic equipment operation and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate service records and submit daily field activity reports.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in technical repair or field service, preferably with office equipment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical/electronic diagnostic tools.
- Possess a valid motorcycle/car driving license and own transport.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high efficiency.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Selangor/Kajang area.
