As a Field Service Technician/Engineer, you will diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Centralized Supervisory and Control (CSOC), Building Control and Security Systems (BCSS), and Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining optimal indoor environmental quality, energy efficiency, and safety compliance for various commercial and industrial facilities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CSOC, BCSS, and ACMV systems across client sites
- Conduct regular system inspections, maintenance, and calibration to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations
- Install, configure, and upgrade building automation systems according to specifications
- Document all service activities, maintenance reports, and system modifications
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with team members and clients to provide effective solutions
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CSOC, BCSS, or ACMV systems
- Strong knowledge of building automation systems and HVAC principles
- Valid certification in relevant technical fields (e.g., HVAC, Building Automation)
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Clean driving license and willingness to travel within the East Region
