Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance for automatic door systems and gate access controls.
- Execute precise testing and commissioning of new hardware installations to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical failures using diagnostic tools and schematics.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients during system handovers and training.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all completed field work.
- Adhere strictly to site safety protocols and company quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve escalated technical issues.
Kualifikasi
- Nitec, Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical certification.
- Proven experience in field service, preferably within the building automation or security industry.
- Strong understanding of electromechanical systems and ability to read technical blueprints.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel across the Central Region to various client sites.
